How many plays/picks are given out daily or weekly?

This depends on what membership package you have enrolled for, how many game are being played that day, and also varies depending on the information our team has received. Some days have a full slate and others may have only one play.


How do I get my picks/plays?

All of our picks/plays are updated by 12:00 noon PST. They are posted on the Lines and Hot Picks page and are accessible at any time to each member based on their subscription membership. Royal Plays are released to our VIP members via text and email  as soon as the experts receive the information.


What hours am I able to talk to a professional sports consultant?

Platinum Sports takes pride in having a valued relationship with each of our members. Our office accepts calls from members daily. We are based out of Nevada so our office runs on Pacific Standard Time. The office is open 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday, 8am to 2pm on Saturday, and 8am to 1pm on Sundays.


Do I have to be a member to participate in the Chat Room?

To participate in the live Chat Room you will need to be an active Club Member. The Chat room is accessible to all of our Club Members. To become a Club member please go to the Exclusive Memberships page and enroll for a subscription.


Who can see my profile?

Confidentiality is very important to Platinum Sports. Your profile is private to you and to the staff members here at Platinum Sports. If you choose to participate in the live Chat Room or post comments on our Sports News Page then other Club Members will also be able to see your comments, posts, and your profile page. All of your personal information such as purchase history, contact information, or card information is completely private and secured with our firewall system. We do not release any of this information to anyone at any time. Platinum Sports does not sell any of your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.


Can I get posts removed from the site?

Platinum Sports aims to create a positive environment for all of its members. We are all given the right to freedom speech, and we encourage everyone to get involved in the Chat Room forum. Posts and comments will only be removed by the Platinum Sports team if they are derogatory, hateful, threatening, or if they are causing problems amongst other members.
